  • Like dan View video pada youtube dapat dilakukan selama 1 Juni – 19 Juli 2013.
  • Penjurian: 22 – 24 Juli 2013
  • Pemenang akan diumumkan di Awarding and Talk Showpada 24 Agustus 2013 di FX plaza, Sudirman dan website TFI (www.teachforindonesia.org).Pemenang juga akan dihubungi oleh Teach For Indonesia.
  • Format penamaan video yang diupload : VCCTFI2013_Judulvideo_Nama kelompok/peserta

Biaya Pendaftaran : Rp 25.000,-

Pendaftaran dapat di transfer ke:rekening TFI BCA 5270274899 a/n Universitas BinaNusantara. Setelah pembayaran lakukan konfirmasi pembayaran ke email: volunteertfi@gmail.com

Ketentuan Video :

  • Video yang dilombakan merupakan karya original / karya sendiri dan belum dilombakan atau dipublikasikan sebelumnya.
  • Tema video adalah Yuk Buang Sampah pada Tempatnya.
  • Format video bebas, tetapi kualitas harus bagus untukdilihat. Di upload dengan HD sistem.
  • Video yang dibuat tidak mengandung unsur pornografi ,Diskriminasi, SARA, perjudian, kekerasan, serta memperhatikan norma-norma hukum negara Republik Indonesia
  • Durasi video yaitu sekitar 30 detik – 1 menit.
  • Bahasa yang dapat digunakan di dalam keseluruhan videoadalah bahasa Indonesia. (Jika menggunakan bahasa asing atau bahasa daerahwajib untuk mencantumkan terjemahan bahasa Indonesia, dengan mencantumkan namapenerjemah pada subtitle).
  • Karya yang dikirimkan bisa lebih dari 1 karya. Tiap peserta hanya boleh mengirimkan max 2 karya, dengan konsekuensi jika masukkualifikasi pemenang akan diambil salah satu yang paling unggul dalam jumlahview setiap video di youtube.
  • Hak cipta melekat pada videographer, namun panitia berhak mempublikasikan semua vide yang masuk tanpa harus izin dari pemiliknya

Penjurian dan Pengumuman:

  • Penentuan juara video terfavorit berdasarkan daribanyaknya jumlah orang yang like dan view video via you tube tersebut.
  • Juara video terbaik ditentukan oleh 3 orang juri.
  • Tiga besar video terbaik dan video terfavorit akandiinformasikan pada tanggal 30 Mei 2013 via sms dan email.
  • Tiga besar video terbaik akan diberikan dan dipertunjukkan kepada Pemprov DKI.
  • Keputusan juri terkait penentuan juara tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Note: Semua pemenang  akan diundang dalam Awardingdan Talk show yang akan di adakan tgl 24 Agustus 2013 di FX Plaza, Sudirman

  • participants must share their video link to private social media. Tweet the video link & mention it to @volunteertfi with the following text:

  • Like and View videos on YouTube can be done from June 1 to July 19, 2013.
  • Judging: July 22-24, 2013
  • Winners will be announced at the Awarding and Talk Show on August 24, 2013 at FX Plaza, Sudirman and TFI’s website (www.teachforindonesia.org). Winners will also be contacted by Teach For Indonesia.
  • Naming format for uploaded video: VCCTFI2013_Jtitvideo_Name group / participant

 

Registration Fee: IDR 25,000

Video Requirements:

 

  • Contested videos are original works / works of their own and have not been contested or previously published.
  • The theme of the video is Let’s Dispose of Trash in its Place.
  • The video format is free, but the quality must be good to be seen. Uploaded with HD system.
  • Videos made do not contain pornography, discrimination, racial discrimination, gambling, violence, and pay attention to the legal norms of the Republic of Indonesia
  • The duration of the video is around 30 seconds – 1 minute.
  • The language that can be used in the whole video is Indonesian. (If using a foreign language or regional language it is mandatory to include Indonesian translations, by including the name of the translator in the subtitles).
  • Submitted works can be more than 1 work. Each participant may only submit a max of 2 works, with the consequence that if the winner qualifies, one of the most superior will be taken in the number of views of each video on YouTube.
  • Copyright is attached to the videographer, but the committee has the right to publish all incoming videos without the permission of the owner

 

Judging and Announcement:

 

  • The determination of the favorite video champion is based on the large number of people who like and view the video via you tube.
  • The best video champion is determined by 3 judges.
  • The top three best videos and the most favorite videos will be informed on May 30, 2013 via sms and email.
  • The top three best videos will be given and shown to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
  • The jury’s decision regarding the determination of the champion cannot be contested.

 

Note: All winners will be invited to the Awarding and Talk show which will be held on August 24, 2013 at FX Plaza, Sudirman
