Dear rekan-rekan CB – Professional Development, berikut ini adalah petunjuk kegiatan dengan harapan rekan-rekan semua semakin memahami kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dilapangan:

  1. Membaca SUMMARY yang sudah disediakan
  2. Kelompok sudah harus memiliki lokasi 2 sekolah CEK STATUS
  3. Melihat jumlah siswa yang menerima KJP di sekolah tersebut “Data Penerima KJP”
  4. Mengambil surat pengantar dari Dinas Pendidikan di Kantor TFI.
  5. Meminta data anak penerima KJP dan data anak untuk monitoring 8355 ke kantor TFI minimal DUA hari sebelum melakukan kunjungan ke sekolah.
  6. Mengambil kuisioner penerima KJP (harus sudah mengetahui jumlah anak) di kantor TFI dan mencetak semua form (8355, Validasi Pendidikan, dan Perbaikan UN) yang sudah disediakan pada link berikut “Form yang harus dibawa”.
  7. Silahkan melaksanakan tugas.

Kegiatan:

  1. KJP : Monitoring penerima KJP sesuai data yang dikirimkan
    1. Data yang dapat dikumpulkan tiap sekolah diharapkan minimal 30 buah data (untuk jumlah siswa 30 – 150), apabila data di sekolah siswanya hanya maksimal 30 siswa (1-30) maka data perlu dikumpulkan 100%, Jika data siswa penerima KJP berjumlah 150-300, maka diharapkan terkumpul minimal 20% dari total data.
    2. Melakukan wawancara dengan siswa berdasarkan pertanyaan dari kuisioner yang sudah disediakan.
    3. Menginput hasil wawancara kedalam form berikutKJP (Data Sekolah) MOHON MENGGUNAKAN LINK YANG ADA DI BAWAH INI. BAGI YANG SUDAH MENGINPUT DATA PADA LINK SEBELUMNYA, MAKA TIDAK PERLU MELAKUKAN PENGINPUTAN KEMBALI PADA LINK YANG ADA DIBAWAH INI.

Arti sudah divalidasi adalah untuk memastikan apakah pihak sekolah sudah melaporkan data tersebut ke web dinas pendidikan, apabila belum mahasiswa diminta untuk memberi himbauan agar segera melaporkan data tersebut ke web dinas pendidikan.
